Recycling Workflow
Recycling Workflow
- Collection & Logistics
- Tires are picked up using in-house fleets or third-party logistics from multiple locations.
- Batching by type: passenger, truck, agricultural, and industrial tires.
- Inspection & Pre-processing
- Tires are inspected for retreading or resale (if viable).
- All others are cleared for shredding.
- Shredding & Steel Extraction
- Primary and secondary shredders reduce tires to chips of 2″–4″.
- Magnetic separators extract steel wires for resale to foundries.
- Granulation & Crumbing
- Chips are ground into fine crumb rubber for use in:
- Synthetic turfs and playgrounds
- Molded rubber mats and flooring
- Asphalt rubber for road construction
- Fuel Conversion (TDF)
Tire chips are supplied to cement plants, pulp mills, and utility boilers as a cleaner fuel alternative.
