E-Waste Lifecycle Process

  1. Bulk Collection & Categorization
    • Pickup from offices, data centers, schools, hospitals
    • Categorization into working, non-working, and hazardous
  2. Data Sanitization & Compliance
    • NIST 800-88 and DoD 5220.22-M compliant wiping
    • Certificates of data destruction issued for each unit
  3. Repair & Refurbishment
    • Laptops, desktops, servers, and tablets are tested, repaired, and sold as certified refurbished devices
    • All parts (RAM, SSDs, displays, batteries) undergo quality checks
  4. Component Recovery & Dismantling
    • Non-repairable items are manually dismantled
    • Functional components are salvaged for resale
    • Rare earth metals, copper, aluminum, and PCBs are sorted
  5. Eco-Safe Disposal
    • Batteries and hazardous components are sent to licensed treatment facilities

Residual waste disposed of in compliance with EPA and RCRA standards
